Tan Tien Packaging Joint Stock Company was established in 1966 and officially owned by Dongwon Systems Corporation since 2015. We are a leading company in the field of manufacturing complex flexible plastic packaging products in Vietnam with customers who are leading reputable companies and corporations such as Unilever, P&G, Nestle, Ajinomoto, Acecook, Trung Nguyen... as well as other export customers in Southeast Asia, Europe and America. The company currently has 2 large factories in Tan Binh Industrial Park - Ho Chi Minh City and Tien Son Industrial Park - Bac Ninh Province.

Job Description

Position: R&D Executive

Field: Plastic Packaging

Responsibility:

Execute assigned tasks with exhibiting expertise in products.
Manage responsible themes of product development.
Plan & execute to investigate advanced technology and manage the testing to improve performance;
Collaborate with related departments in compliance with product development procedure, related procedures
Participate in the implementation and evaluation of the application of management systems according to the standards applied by the Company (ISO, OHSAS ...)
Summarize all information and propose Improvement recommendation.
Following up Manager’s requests.

Inter-relation: Directly report to R&D Manager.

Requirement:

Master’s degree in Materials Technology, etc.
No experience required but 2-3 years of experience in R&D field is an advantage.
Proficient in using English (4 skills).
Having knowledge of packaging technology/printing/FMCG/etc.
